About our founder & CEO
With over a decade’s experience, Tijana Spajic is a hands-on leader and former Spa Operations Manager who leads by example, motivating and educating her team by sharing best practices.
After recognizing the market gap in education and talent, her unique concept was born.
Tijana’s vast qualifications and experience as a college teacher of aesthetics in Serbia has also taught her how to understand young beauticians, aestheticians and therapists, guiding them to success.

Over the past 14 years, I have immersed myself in the industry, with extensive qualifications earned at all levels, making me a regional expert in my field. As a practicing cosmetologist and experienced leader at salons including the world-renowned ShuiQi Spa within Atlantis the Palm, I understand every facet of spa and beauty business growth.
I frequently consult on creating brands, rebrands and managing budgets, and can advise on franchising opportunities. All of these experiences led me to win the awards below.
